[CenturyTel] PK5001Z Set up in "Transparent Bridge" Mode

I have my PK5000Z set in "Transparent Bridge" mode so I can use it as only a model since I had to replace my older DSL modem (It was a DSL modem only) I have an existing Router (D-Link DIR-655) and didn't wish to redo my whole network set up because the Centurylink Modem failed. The PK5000Z of course originally came set up to act as a combined modem and wireless router. I have changed the setup. I have everything working but found I can not access the PK5000Z using the old IP 192.168.0.1. I assume that was eliminated in the Transparent mode and that currently is the IP of the D-Link Router. Not that I need to do anything at this point...just curious and want to know. Is there a way plug into the PK5000Z and access the GUI now? If I should need to will I have to reset the PK5000Z (by depressing the reset on the back), then have to go through the process to set it up for Transparent Bridging again? I am not real techie on the IP stuff. Second question. Is there a way to set up the PK5000Z to be a router and sacrifice one of its LAN ports to feed hardwired to my existing D-Link router? Giving me a couple extra LAN ports? I tried this, connecting to both the WAN and a LAN port on my D-Link...and following some processes I found on the internet. I couldn't get that to work. My D-Link LAN ports are all filled now. Also if it is possible to have a master and slave router (for lack of a better term).... in this configuration could I create a WiFi-1 Network on the PK5000Z, and a WiFi-2 Network from my D-Link? I assume I can't use WiFi from both and use the same Network Name from 2 different devices?
