I have a static IP address from CenturyLink and I can't access it from quite a few other providers. I can't hit it from my iPhone on AT&T network in Florida, or from Comcast in Las Vegas.
I have called CenturyLink several times and they are no help.
Attached is the traceroute from my MiFi hotspot on AT&T
