I pay for 40mbps, which CenturyLink ALWAYS delivered perfectly, up until two weeks ago. I'm now at 23mbps.
Here's my problem: I've tried calling CenturyLink's tech support line six times now, and every time I get past the automated menu, it says "your call could not be completed as dialed". I literally can't get through to tech support.
What are my options here? I really don't want to switch back to Mediacom, but I may have to if CL is only delivering me 23mbps.
