Need advice

My CenturyLink DSL suffers from random, long periods of packet loss with episodes of 100% packet loss for 5 - 10 seconds. This has been going on for months. Every time a tech shows up, of course, services is on the OK range. However, I think that problem is at the dslam anyways. I had one CST tell me he though that and put in an escalation ticket, but of course, the service was declared OK when a 5-packet test was successful by some engineer. Evidence seems to indicate it is a network, not a Dsl issue, but can't get that through to CS people. For example, the service can be terrible for days like the end of last week, but Sunday morning at 9:00 AM it was fine until Tuesday at 5:00 PM, then yesterday at 8:00 AM is was ok again. Of course the tech shows up and 11:00 AM when the service was functioning. Then last night at 11:00PM the services goes to crap with massive packet loss. Any advice in getting them to understand?
