Anyone ever have any luck getting out of a 12 month agreement with CenturyLink?
Our service has been terribly unreliable. A technician came out last week and performed some maintenance on the F2. (Whatever the F2 is...) We've still had numerous drops and problems since then.
I just finished having a chat with a technical support person who had absurd troubleshooting steps, poor grammar, and overall just didn't have a good handle on the situation... at least she's sending a technician out, a week from today...
This is just awful.
