Howdy, I'm currently experiencing lost packets and high latency to my 1st hop into the network. Just now I'm at 10% packet loss. When I called Clink support the tech had me check my speed about 4 times. The ping for speedtest was pretty good as well as the bandwidth... at the time i called them that is.
Ping was 69ms down was 12mb up was 700kb.
so at the time i called them, no issue.
I still observe intermittent packet loss up to 30% to my 1st hop.
I have already taken my laptop and modem to the NID and got the same results from the test jack there.
Transceiver stats seem okay too.
(Westel 6100)
Transceiver Revision: 5.2.2.0
Vendor ID Code: 4
Line Mode: ADSL2+ Mode
Data Path: Interleaved
Transceiver Information Downstream Path Upstream Path
DSL Speed (Kbits/Sec) 12474 894
Margin (dB) 15.5 16.0

Jitter runs from 4 to 30 between samples.
Anyone have suggestions I can use to convince Centurylink there is indeed an issue on my local loop that will work?
Thanks
