[CenturyTel] remove the century link redirect

hello i have a westell 7500 i bought i am trying to use it for ATT i can get online thur apps on a phone and even games and Teamspeak but when i try to get on the web it keeps sending me to a site to install and asking for a phone number i saw a few post about using a Verizon redirect thing but i cant seem to find one to remove the century link one i have tried 192.168.1.1/centurylink/redirect.htm 10.0.0.1/centurylink/redirect.htm with it just saying Access Error: Site or Page Not Found Cannot open URL any help is welcome and thank you for your time.
