This has been an ongoing problem for the last few years. Last Saturday it rained at around 10PM, and my internet was unusable the rest of the night. It wasn't until Sunday afternoon at around 2:30PM that the connection became semi stable. I checked at 5PM and the up-time on the modem was two and a half hours. I've had at least four techs out here for this problem, and every time I'm told it should be fixed, and yet, the next time it rains, the same thing happens. Every time I try and get a tech out here, they show up after the line has dried out and is working decently enough. No one has been able to fix this problem. I'm not looking forward to monsoon season with this problem.
Also, starting several months ago, my modem used to reboot every night at 10:40PM. Then on Sunday night after the 400+ retrain problem, it did it at 10:50PM. Last night, it was at 11:21PM. It's too erratic now. It used to be predictable at 10:40PM. I would know not to start a game until after the modem had rebooted, but I can't count on it anymore. I mentioned it to the last tech and he said nothing about it other than it was "weird."
