Clink 10mb service to rural area has become erratic over last few weeks, especially after rain / thunderstorms. The modem will loose sync every 15-20 minutes.
I have cleaned the network jack on the NID box, retighted the copper lugs and even ran a temporary line directly to modem with the same results.
Here is screen shot of modem stats. I read thru the T-shooting Faq and these stats seem OK for my rural setting.
Modem is a TP-link 8817 set to bridge mode feeding Asus router.
I updated the router to latest wrt-merlin software, but has not made any difference.
I've not called CLink yet. What do I need to request from them?
thanks,
