Just recently at either 11pm-2am I will lose my IP to my router. I am using a ubiquiti Amplifi HD in PPPOE. I am not in a tagged VLAN area. I have also tried another router(tplink) and it does the same thing for testing purposes. Service has been rock solid for about a year, until recently when it tells me Ive lost internet.
And when I go the internet configuration page the PPPOE page says Connecting and I have an IP of 0.0.0.0 until it re connects. Is this an issue with the ONT or on their end. I thought last week just maybe because it was at night that it was just maintenance. Now its occurring more frequently.
Im on the 100mb Fiber plan in Austin Ar.
