Is there a way to petition CL to correct speed database?

When I entered my address on CL web site, CL web site told me that the available speed is 5mbps/0.8mbps. When I ordered the service, the actual provisioned speed was 9.2/0.8. It has been rock solid for over 2 years, SNR 14dB down/22dB up, ADSL+. It always synced to the DSLAM at this speed. Recently, CL web site showed that I am qualified for the pair-bonded service. However, it says 10mbps/1mbps. I called to order the service, hoping that I would get 18mbps/1.6mbps. CL Customer Service (CS) told me that all I can get is 10/1. As one can see, the math and Physics are simple. If 1 line can give a speed of 5/0.8, then 2 lines should be twice or close to twice. As you might guess, the CS insisted on the 10/1 as she saw for my address. Is there a way to get over this useless CS and placing an order with someone who has access to the line (i.e. DSLAM log) to confirm the current actual speed of 9.2/0.8? Is there a way to file a petition with CL and has my line speed info update before placing the upgrade order? It is very frustrated talking to CL. They have the capability to serve at higher speed, but the fictitious speeds that they have in the database are inaccurate.
