Every week or so we don’t have a dialtone while we still have Internet access. We don’t do anything to resolve the issue (except sometimes contact CenturyLink to no avail) and some time later the dialtone works again. Has anyone also experienced this and do you have any ideas about why this happens? It seems to us that somehow CL is turning access on and off for our landline - is that a thing?
