Switching to Centurylink, no NID or line

Bought a house about 2 years ago. Centurylink 100 mbps available (several of my neighbors have CL also). However, I noticed that there was no phone line going to the house and after talking with the neighbors, I found out that several years ago a tree/tree branch came down and took down the power, cable, and phone lines to the house. Apparently at that time the house didn't have phone service (was a slum rental), so the centurylink line was not hooked back up and in fact is still coiled up on the pole where these lines run from. When I got Cox, they ended up having to have two techs spend 2 hours rewiring the whole house due to the aforementioned tree plus a messed up satellite dish rewire from the past. While renovating the house, I found the busted up remnants of a NID (corroded with no covers) on the back of the house with no wiring going to or from but a VDSL2 filter plugged in (so it probably had DSL at some point in the past). The remnants of the old NID got tossed by the painters when the exterior was being redone after a hailstorm. Long story made short, I currently have Cox but am switching to the Centurylink 100 mbps plan. Install scheduled in about a week. I did the online signup with the $60 tech install, will they handle running a new line to the house and installing a NID or do I have to do something else to get that accomplished? Also, the inside wiring is 52 years old with some missing jacks and cut wires due to a series of prior renovations. While I was renovating, I ended up getting rid of all the other remaining jacks but two of them, so I was planning on just doing a home run to the NID for the modem. Does Centurylink do the home-run in this scenario or should I have that prepped before they arrive?
