GPON 1 Gbps Data Caps?

I know there’s not technically a data cap on the 1 Gbps plan, but I’ve heard they might cut you off or threaten to cancel if you use too much? I’ve hit as much as 10 TB in a month and I’m just wondering if this might raise any red flags down the line.
