I got this little postcard in the mail the other day from CenturyLink which directs user to go to centurylink.com/getmyreward to activate the reward card. Of course the naming convention is consistent with the rest of CenturyLink meaning it is inconsistent. The card code says campaign code on front and the web link says offer code.
I put in all of the info and clicked to submit only to see an hourglass spin over and over in Chrome. I made sure no pop up blockers running. I tried this a few times in both Chrome, Edge and Firefox with same result then eventually clicked on the little bell icon for help and a rep over chat was able to put the info in through his end to activate the offer for me.
Luckily the Internet speeds have been consistent so far but their website and customer service communication inconsistencies leaves a lot to be desired.
