I've been getting constant evening(6-12pm roughly) connection drops for several weeks now. It's fine during the day but between 4 and 6 pm the connection drops for seconds to minutes, then reconnects, then drops again in a few minutes. This continues till 12-3am. CenturyLink says its my problem, but the modem log shows massive Near end errors. They want to change my modem. This doesn't seem like it should solve my problem. Anyone have a clue what we need to do to actually stop this issue?
