I was on the small business 20/2 bonded speed in a 5 year contract. A few days ago one of my lines stopped working. I figured it was because it was raining (I always have issues when it rains, it usually fixes itself when the ground dries) so I didn't call them. Anyway a few days later I got a letter in the mail saying "here is your new plan" showing "speeds up to 7mbps" while still paying the same insane price as before. The letter is acting like it's somehow an upgrade and like I asked for it. It was hell to get bonding in the first place because nobody seemed to know what it is and everyone would always get confused when they found out I had 2 lines. I'm sure someone messed something up and it's going to be hell to fix it again. Has anyone experienced this??
