Internet / VPN dropped at 10:49 am. Just got off the phone with support, and they confirmed after half an hour on the line that its an outage on their end. No idea how long, no way to get an update other than "try to call back later".
It's been a recurring issue here, mostly connection / response issues to their DNS. Even outages of an hour or less I don't even call in anymore, but during the day it's a problem for me. Off to a coffee shop to get my work done I guess, and to research Cox' latest offerings.
