Cisco DDR2200 Bridge Mode?

I just got Prism TV, they gave me a new modem (Cisco DDR2200). I plugged my router into it (Asus RT-N56U), for the most part it works. But when I tried to remote connection to my PC, it doesn't work. I have the ports forward in the router, but it still doesn't work. I used to have the Zyxel 660 series modem, I was able to get Remote Desktop Connection to work by putting it in bridge mode. I see that the WAN section is locked out in the Cisco DDR2200, I tried calling tech support but they refused to put it in bridge mode for me, claiming that it's impossible. But I have read Cisco's own documentation stating that it can. So, has anyone using this modem found a way to get Remote Desktop Connection to work? Or is there a custom firmware (CFW) that will allow the bridge mode functionality? Thanks.
