I have used the DMT tool and remember the stats. I have great quality connnection with the junction box up the street. My neighbors can get 10, but I can only get 3Mbps. They refuse to give me higher speeds and tell em it won't work, but I think they are misinformed. Is there a reason for me to think they misinformed and who should I be speaking to about an upgrade. This company offered an upgraded speed in the past, but recently they have been saying no and flat out denying new customers on this side of the street. What is going on. This line does support 10Mbps and probably much higher, but they insist it can't be done.
