Does this mean we're giving up our right to complain to the FCC besides the other stuff?
The Revised High‐Speed Internet Subscriber Agreement has been updated from your previous agreement with CenturyLink primarily with regard to: (1) how the agreement can be amended in the future, and (2) the mandatory arbitration procedures that must be used (rather than using lawsuits, jury trials, or class actions) in any disputes between CenturyLink and you. There are other changes as well. Please read the entire Revised High‐Speed Internet Subscriber Agreement carefully to determine if the changes in the Revised HSI Agreement are right for you.
