In June we moved in to our new house and I received "welcome to neighborhood" offer from centurylink 25mbps ADSL for $34.95/month with one year contract. Fast forward to September, I noticed CenturyLink has been billing our credit card $70.50 a month since June! After spending hours on the phone, they play dumb and say they don't offer any plans for $34.95, the best they can do is put me on $45 a month starting next month. I'm about to file chargeback for fraudulent charges. This is plain consumer fraud, bait and switch tactic CenturyLink is practicing. Anyone else having similar issues?
