Need cheap alternative to Actiontec PK5001A

My Actiontec PK5001A modem reboots multiple times per day, so I probably need to replace it. I'm stuck in Minneapolis with 12Mbps ADSL (PPPoE) Centurylink and don't want to spend much. Looking around, I found a cheapo from TRENDnet but can't locate any reviews. Does anyone know if TRENDnet’s N300 WiFi ADSL 2+ Modem Router, model TEW-723BRM (http://www.trendnet.com/products/proddetail?prod=270_TEW-723BRM) would be a reasonable & compatible replacement for the old Actiontec?
