Help! I can't access my CenturyLink account. I have spent hours patiently waiting and following instructions from CenturyLink support people. Today, when I told the support team member that we had been through the password reset option many, many times and even changed the user name, she said that resetting the password was all she can do to help. At least the previous support person directed me to email the unresolved issues department. I never heard back from them, though. Somebody has to be able to resolve my problem. All I get is standard procedures from their script. They have no department to send me to when they can't fix my problem. I am stuck in their endless and useless support loop. My opinion of their customer service has hit a new low. Anybody out there know how to get heard and get resolution for this problem?
