This seems to be the last place to go.
Last September lighting struck too close to our house and overloaded our modem and router simultaneously. We got replacements for both within two weeks. However, now the modem we got from CenturyLink, a c1000a, has suddenly dropped connection this morning and the internet light has been flashing red and green for about five minutes, then defaulting to red for another two or three. Then the cycle repeats.
I've accessed the modem settings, nothing helped. I need insight and, if possible, answers.
