My connection is terrible. How is it that my connection may be serviceable one minute, and the next minute it's a dumpster fire that can only be put out by good customer service. Oh wait, there's no such thing as good customer service with this terrible company. I hold out hope that somebody higher up the food chain in this god forsaken company will see my complaints and do something to alleviate the disappointment I, and many other customers, feel on a daily basis. As it stands right now, Century Link is easily the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I am flabbergasted to know that they don't get charged with robbery due to the amount of unsatusfied customers they keep waiting on a daily basis. If I pay for a service, I expect the service to work at all times of the day.
