I did a search, and the similar topics on the right are old.
On a 10mbps plan, I'm aware that there is a cap:
"CenturyLink's Excessive Use Policy includes limits of 150 GB for residential high-speed Internet service plans with speeds of 1.5 Mbps and below and a 250 GB limit for service speeds above 1.5Mbps per month."
What's the current state of this? Do they actively enforce it, or only in certain markets?
