Hey Guys,
My aunt and uncle have CenturyLink since it's their only hardwired broadband option (aside from a WISP) in Apache Junction, AZ, a former Qwest market. CenturyLink will only sell them 7mbit service, even though I think their line stats look great and may be capable of more. They really need more speed since Netflix and other apps are taking a tole on the 7mbit connection.
Can someone advise if you think their VDSL2 connection could support higher speeds? Also, how would I go about convincing CenturyLink support to raise the maximum supported plan? They have an ActionTec C1000A modem.
