Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me. I have the 100Mbs fiber service but Netflix is awful in the evenings. I had them run fiber all the way into my house because I planned on getting the 1Gbs service but after dealing with their customer service I'm not sure its worth it. I called tech support and he told me that CenturyLink had over sold my area (the South central part of Las Vegas next to Henderson) and that the lines were over saturated. I asked if it would help if I had the 1Gbs service and he said that it would probably just make it worse and that until CenturyLink installs new equipment to handle the load I will have to deal with the slow speeds. After having service with this company for a few months I will be surprised if they are sill in business a few years from now.
