Centurylink Prism TV billing fiasco

I ordered vacation suspension via chat with Centurylink support person Emmanuel M. on 1/13/16. I have the chat transcript where he confirmed that he could suspend both Prism TV and Internet service, and he confirmed that he did indeed place the order to suspend both services. Today I got a Centurylink bill for Prism TV service for February and March for over $100! This is absurd since my TV service was suspended 1/13/16 (or within 24 hours of then). I get so frustrated with Centurylink, you chat with one rep. they tell you one thing and another tells you something else. I am ready to go back to Comcast (never thought I would say that!) Rather than spend countless time on hold I sent them an email and pasted the chat transcript into it. We'll see if it helps. If anyone from Centurylink can help I would be grateful..
