How to "Customize" CenturyLink install method?

Cox raised my rates, so I am looking at this again. I would post again on my former topic ( https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r30109114-CenturyLink-installation-method ), but apparently that topic is too old for me to post through. The short version of it is that I do not have power where the install would need it for the ONT. Does anyone know what the installers would do in my case if I paid the extra $99 for their "new line" installation? Would they install the box outside and then tell me that I need to run an extension cord around my garage? Ideally, it'd work best if they could leave 100-120 feet of fiber at the box so that I could take it and run through my attic to my "IDF" in my house. This would also allow them to save costs due to using an internal ONT. The only way that I could see this potentially working out is if I sat at home and waited for the installers to come by so I could speak to them. That likely is not going to happen though, since it sounds like the contractor that comes out to run the fiber comes sometime ahead of your installation appointment. Unfortunately, customer service doesn't really understand my issue. Anyone have any ideas of how I could try to arrange this so that I can have this installation be successful?
