Signed up to be notified when Fiber was available in my neighborhood, but months later found out it was available when my neighbor had it installed. He was first in neighborhood.
He encouraged me to ditch Comcast (that was easy!) and I signed up for Fiber at $29.95/mo for a one-year contract. Well, the first bill showed up and I am being billed $74/month on a two year contract, with a few other errors. CenturyLink billing support sent me to Retention, who sent me to Escalation, who told me that I can suck it or leave, more or less.
So... sent an email detailing everything through the customer support page. Is there anything else that I can do? Or do I really have to cancel CenturyLink and call Comcast back. Ugh, I was SO happy to be done with them... but this is actually worse!!
The actual email that details every screw up is attached... might be an amusing read, I guess. I imagine you guys have seen worse, though.
