[Embarq] Pair Bonding Question (Mainly how to order)

Hello all, I've been trying to order pair bonded service. So far I've been unsuccessful. Everyone from chat and phone support I've talked to had no idea what I was talking about. One chat rep I talked to tried ordering me two lines and sending me a second modem. I'm like no no no thats not what it is! lol. Makes me wonder if I can get it if they were so eager to sell me a second DSLAM port. I'm on ADSL non-fiber fed to my knowledge. The problem is I havn't been told "you can't get it because no ports open" or any actual reason. No agent I talk to knows what it is. This includes sales, tech support and escalations dept. The reason I've talked to so many people was the tech was two days late turning me on for my self-install and I had no idea what was going on. In fact it was just randomly on the third day when I plugged it in to test it even though my NID had no interaction and it just worked randomly. Never got a call or email from anyone telling me they finally turned it on. The only person to even claim they knew what pair bonding even was was the original sales person I ordered it from but all he said was "we don't offer that in your area" to me I feel like that's something he may not have been familiar with and since he saw nothing on his engine to sell me it it was just a safe answer. I'm just curious what I have to do to order it or who can tell me why I actually cannot get it if I truly cannot get it. Didnt think anyone needed modem stats for this question but if there's any additional info needed let me know!
