Trouble w/C2000T firmware rev. CTH003-4.12.0.100

I'm having trouble due to a shared memory leak in the technicolor C2000T firmware version CTH003-4.12.0.100. With this firmware the router loses 1-2 KB of shared memory every 10 min., eventually leading to a reboot after approximately 36 hours. FYI, you can monitor the shared memory usage with the 'meminfo' command using the remote console (via telnet, not the web interface). This problem does not affect the older firmware version CTH002-4.12.0.86, and I had previously measured router uptime in excess of 30 days. However, after installing this older firmware the router has twice crashed or rebooted just after 11 PM MDT. The first time the router required a factory reset, but the second time it had upgraded itself back to CTH003-4.12.0.100, the version with the shared memory leak. Is there some automatic firmware push that CenturyLink runs at 11 PM every day? If so, is there any way to prevent it from switching my router back to the buggy firmware version?
