Bandwidth Exhaust

This is more of just a question to satisfy my own curiosity more than anything lol. I was recently told by an engineering tech that the DSLAM that I'm served from has an OC-12 link. 622/622 MB capacity. Does anyone have a general idea of how many customers would be served from that link to saturate it. I know that if everyone subscribed to the max tier that's available here (10/768) would be approximately 62 however I'm sure not everyone has that package. I also know ISPs tend to oversubscribe anyway given that it's very very unlikely everyone will max out their connections at the same time. I'm thinking maybe 100 to saturate that line to where normal use would be impacted? I'm not sure though this is why I posted here for people that are closer to ISPs than I am. -- Dual 10/768 CTL DSL
