PK5001Z speed and disconnect problems

Hi, i am posting for another's service in my house. The first problem is that im getting VERY frequent disconnects(i get kicked out of video games whenever it happens). From what i see, these disconnects are being caused by "WAN PHYSICAL LINK DOWN" in my modem's system log. It happens atleast 10 times per day. Another recent problem is that today my speed has dropped down from my advertised 1.5 mbps to .6 mbps. Also there are massive ping spikes if anyone does anything over the service, it lags everyone else very easily. I am running on wifi, i have 86 to 100% connectivity. Wired is not possible (sadly). Here are the DSL status. I did have system logs but they deleted on modem reboot. I will post when it happens shortly Edit: I called tech support and they said the WAN physical link downs was the cause of the modem failing to upgrade firmware? and disconnecting everyone. And they sent a 'signal' they resolved speed issue for now
