Switched to Interleave without notice or consent?

Recently, I've noticed my pings have increased 30+ MS. While I usually ping between 20-50 to Chicago, my pings are suddenly 100ms+ to Chicago and 200+ to all points beyond. Making my connection all but useless for what I mostly use it for: gaming. Now, my DSL stats aren't the best in the world. Or even close to good. But my connection has been rock solid for the five years I've had CL, and since they're the only connection open to me.. I really can't complain about speed. Speed wise, I still and have been getting rock solid 3 megs down down. And Pingplotter reports no oversold hops between here and anywhere else. So I started thinking my stats weren't at fault, and checked my modem to confirm. Lo and behold, I have been taken off Fastpath and placed on Interleave without any notice or a request to make this happen. What gives? Who can I talk to correct this problem? I find it kind of abhorrent that I pay the bill every month, and someone can just decide to do this with no available recourse on my part or any notice at all. I understand it sounds like I'm being petulant and paranoid, but such is my frustration that I've replaced the wiring and done all in my power to fix what might be a problem on my end. Literally the only thing that's changed is somehow I've been switched to Interleave when I have had Fastpath for going on five years with no connection issues. 100ms isn't a deal breaker, but going from about 20-78ms on the games I play to the mid-high 100's is a bummer and makes everything jittery and nigh unplayable.
