Actiontec MI424WR as 2nd router on CenturyLink DSL LAN

My LAN is on CenturyLink DSL through a ZyXEL PK5001Z router. The primary router is too far away from a 2nd house on the property to provide reliable wifi. There's a long run of CAT 5 ethernet from a LAN port on the primary router to a PC in the 2nd house. I'd like to do the following: - connect an old Actiontec MI4214WR router to the ethernet cable from the primary router - configure the Actiontec to provide both wireless and ethernet cable connections to the LAN I know I can set up the MI424WR as a wireless access point, but I need the physical LAN ports as well on that router. Any help appreciated.
