Why is it that I am able to get a 40M/5M bonded pair service if I were to switch to a business account, but I can not get the bonded pair as residential service? I'm stuck at 20M/896K as my maximum available speed. The 896 upload is just not cutting it. I've been checking back in with CL over the last two years and nothing has changed (other than the fact I was originally promised that I could get a bonded pair and once I became a customer, that changed).
Looking at making the switch back to Mediacom for their 100/10 service.
