Some of you remember that I posted that I was getting fiber to my house (Orlando area). We have a new community, they put a flyer on our door a while back. When I originally called they said the service was going to be 40 down 20 up. As of yesterday, the tech finally came out and installed the service, and it's only 40 down / 5 up. I called their customer support, and was basically told that they didn't offer a 40/20 service, and that if I wanted faster upload speeds I would need to upgrade my download speed as well, for an added cost. I am very disappointed by this entire ordeal with this company - it seems that they can't do anything correctly!!
