Hello all, I've been having a disconnect issue for the last few months that seems to be weather/temp related. Sounds strange I know.
Whenever temps drop into the 40's or below, I get frequent disconnects. As temp warms up, everything returns to normal. We had a warm stretch last few weeks and I experienced zero issues.
Cool temps returned the weekend, my early morning disconnects returned (between 6-7am).
Tech has been out several times, in the afternoon when the problem does not present itself. They've changed my line from the house to the pole and changed my pair to the CO. Problem still occurs.
Here are my stats:
13.9 up .896 Down
SNR
7.7 dB DL
16.2 dB UpL
Attenuation
34.0 dB
22.8 dB
Power
18.6 dBm
12.7 dBm
Listing of errors, seem worse in the AM and level off in the afternoon. Not to bad right now have retraining dozen times this AM. These are near end errors, reading 0 far end errors at the moment.
CRC Errors:

15 Minute CRC:

RS FEC:

15 Minute FEC:

I've also swapped out Modems and am currently connected directly into the outside network interface box effectively eliminating all of my inside wiring (which doesn't seem to be the issue).
Since it's doubtful a tech will come out at 6 in the am, can they possibly monitor my line to figure out what's going on.
My theory, I have a fault somewhere that is aggravated by cold temps. This Saturday we had a rain storm that knocked my internet out all day. Temps dropped into the upper 30's.
Getting ready to call tech again, this will be third go around.
Thanks
Keith
