We have opened a small business in Spring Hill, Ks and after many phone calls and emails over the past few days, we were informed today that CenturyLink does not have any ports available and until someone cancels their service, they can not provide for us. I am a little confused by this. I would think that a large, professional company would have been proactive enough to have determined the status of their ports and therefore, added more. Are there any alternatives through CenturyLink? They quoted us a very good price for landline phone and internet.
