I'm a business account hosting email and websites for clients in the Seattle Area PSR Enterprises LLC
I had issues with my internet connection where it works for 15 to 20 minutes and than the DSL Drops and never retrains back for about 4 days. They sent someone out to check it and works for the 15 min the guy is here but than fails again after he leaves. I've called them and told them that my clients are not happy with the service they are getting, and I would be surprised if I loose some of them, but century link seems not concerned at all about my business and instead of looking for solutions make me wait another day for them to come out again to look at the issue.
I'm highly disappointed in how they treat businesses that are reliant on them.
