Very slow internet speeds.

Long story short. We have had Qwest/CenturyLink 1.5Mb DSL for about 7-8 years. Service has always been solid with actual speedtest speeds of ~1.3M/800k...until about 2.5 weeks ago. Unless it's the middle of the night (2am-4am), our internet is close to unusable. Peak time speeds of 150k down, but our upload speed is the normal 800k no matter what time of day. I've been in contact with support 2-3 times now. I've gotten a few different stories. They finally made an appointment for a tech to come out. He called the the day of the appointment and said he wasn't coming as they are "working on lines in our area" and that "our internet would work, but would be very slow and that everything should be fine in 2 weeks". That was 2 weeks ago and service hasn't improved. Phone reps seem to have no clue of any "line work" being done in our area, and say our line shows no errors or congestion and our modem is trained properly. Nothing was changed on our end that we know of. Everything just slowed to a crawl one day. Here's is my WAN status from the modem currently. These are normal SNR/Attenuation numbers that we have always had give or take.
