Fees for moving LV $29.95 10Mb dry loop on contract?

I recently renegotiated another year of the continuing CenturyLink Pure Broadband (dry loop) 10Mb $29.95 promotion for the Las Vegas region. I'm in the process of moving and need to figure out what is the lesser of the evils, an ETF (still in 12 month term) or service moving fee.
