Is it a common occurrence to have DSL signal but no internet for 20+ hours? My internet just literally died and stopped working yesterday at around 6:00pm. I have and continue to have DSL sync but just no internet.
Support says:
There is an outage in your area affecting your internet service as the device you are being served out of is experiencing an issue. We have escalated this to our engineers who are working towards a resolution and anticipate having this resolved by 02021-01-16 07:30:00 PM EST. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.
Since I got the service on 4th this has been the 3rd outage I've had and 2 of them have lasted for hours (this has been the longest so far). I know stuff happens but...
