Might be getting fiber installed.

Hello, I have a question on how fiber is run into the house. I've seen that CenturyLink normally uses an ONT and then run ethernet into the house. I have an order to have fiber installed and they sent me a Greenwave C4000XG. I noticed this has an SFP+ port on it. Do you think they will run fiber through the house now? In my case, it would be run into my basement about 30 ft to my network cabinet. I hope the install goes through, a bit worried because the guys that came out to scope the area said the fiber is not run down my side of the street. My order is on hold until the engineer looks it over to see if it's cost-effective to have me as a customer since they have to go the distance plus under the street.
