[CenturyTel] Locked-out from online test suite

In another thread I talked of my DSL line's "Instability" and yesterday I Chat-ted with online CL support after going to the CL repair site and running the tests there. The testing had concluded that my cabling resulted in Instability. The online rep ran a test from their side and confirmed Instability and said they'd scheduled a service tech. So now I await the service tech, but to my dismay I find that BECAUSE I HAVE A SERVICE TICKET IN PLACE, I CAN NO LONGER RUN THE TESTING SUITE! So I can't check anything any more. WTF? Further, yesterday I got an email not an hour after I'd done the Chat session and it said "we resolved your problem, do you agree click RESOLVED or if not click HERE if you still need a technician." Well naturally I clicked HERE and all it does is send me to a general Contact Us page where Chat does not work! Round & round I go! https://www.centurylink.com/home/help/contact.html?rid=contactus So I am dead-in-the-water and have no idea if a tech will be out today or not. Can you tell I am frustrated? Can't wait for the "how'd we do" survey after.
