Looking for a little help/direction on how to proceed w/this issue.
Recently moved into a new house, decided to go w/CL DSL and then Ooma for phone; the CL modem is the typical Actiontec C1000A.
The problem is that every morning, after about thirty minutes of use, the connection drops; I must reboot the router, after which things work fine. Or course, I then have to go and power off/on my Ooma unit.
Any ideas on why I'm seeing this everyday, under the exact same circumstances (30 minutes then dropped connection)? I hate dealing w/CL tech CSRs, as they take forever to work through their script and all of their suggestions have been already been tried, thanks to DSLReports.
