hello all,
woke up thursday AM to a no internet notice on win7. pk5001z was showing all green. called TS and after taking a paperclip to the box, and the tech injecting my info back into it, was still at a 100% packet loss. after another 10 minutes they came back and said it had to do with my static ip? also said they were going to overnight the new modem that's being rolled out. expected service back by noon friday.
no overnight package/ no modem, and still no service. the automated voice now tells me 430pm today.
anyone else with this?
